Kim Buehler has been singing jazz since she was 2 years old, coming from a family of jazz musicians. Moving to Toledo in 1986, she has been a regular on the music scene, performing everything from jazz to top 40 to opera to country music. Her love for singing has taken her through a varied 36 year journey, but her first love has always been jazz. Ms. Buehler has performed all over the United States, as well as international gigs in Paris and on the QEII while working with the amazing Jon Hendricks.

Kim has had a very successful career as a commercial singer in both Toledo and Detroit. She has performed on many television and radio commercial campaigns and is a sought-after studio singer, performing background vocals for a wide variety of local acts, as well as New Mexico Music Hall of Fame member, Hillary Smith.

You can find Kim performing locally as a soloist, as well as a founding member of vocal jazz group “6th edition”, which began in 2001 and continues to perform throughout NW Ohio and SE Michigan.

“Pieces of Me”, her 2014 solo recording, can be found on Amazon and Apple Music. This album pays homage to her love of latin, bebop and jazz/pop music.
