Quick Quartet is The Trio plus Trumpeter Ben Wolkins. This group has played recently at the Toledo Art Museum, Downtown Toledo Jazz Loop, 2020 Jazz in the Garden. Despite the difficulties facing a live music outfit in the year 2020, Quick Quartet has managed to stay in the public eye and ear by entering the streaming age of concert presentation. The Quartet is happy to unleash into the world a new recording, available April 1, 2020. Titled “Low Rent Space”, the record also guests Ben Maloney on Keyboard. Recorded by Travis Geiman at his very own Bigfoot Studio in Waterville, OH. Quick Quartet looks forward to making an impact on the live music scene in 2021 and beyond.
