Will food and beverages be available?
A curated food and beverage menu will be available for purchase during each performance.
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
Depends on the show. If there is, it will be listed on the show description.
I can’t make it to the show. Can I exchange my tickets or request a refund?
No, all sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges. If you would like to give your Lucille’s tickets to someone else, please email [email protected].
How do I know where I’m sitting?
Seating is on a first come, first served basis and is at the discretion of Management. Although there is no advanced assigned seating, all seats at Lucille’s provide excellent views of the stage. In the tradition of many jazz clubs, tables may be shared.
Can I bring a group?
Lucille’s is perfect for groups looking for an unforgettable Toledo experience. We are happy to accommodate your group for any occasion, whether it is your birthday, corporate outing, or anything in between. Please email [email protected] for more information.
Do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance through our website, but walk-ups are also possible.
Is there a dress code?
There is no standard dress code at Lucille’s. We recommend comfortable clothing appropriate for a professional setting.
Is there an age restriction?
Children age 12 and over are welcome at Lucille’s. However, only one child under the age of 16 are permitted per group/table.
